Getting started
What is Sparky Tours? +
Sparky Tours is a platform for travel agencies and tour operators to manage tours, departures, travelers, bookings, and finances in one place.
Do I need a credit card to sign up? +
No — the Lite plan is free forever, no card required. You only pay when you choose to upgrade.
Can I use it for multiple agencies or brands? +
Yes — you can run multiple agencies from a single account, each fully isolated from the others.
Billing & plans
What happens if I cancel a paid plan? +
Your plan stays fully active through the period you already paid for. It simply doesn't renew after that, and your account moves to the free Lite plan.
Do you offer refunds? +
No — all payments are final, including for unused time in a billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Can I downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-cycle? +
Yes. Your current plan stays active until the period you already paid for ends, then switches to the lower plan at the next cycle — no partial refunds are issued for the difference.
What payment methods are supported? +
We accept all major cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay.
