How to confirm an Order

Open Orders from the sidebar to see every order across all your Departures. Confirming an order moves it from enquiry/tentative to "confirmed." If your organization uses SparkyInvoices, confirming also creates a real invoice there automatically — this is best-effort, so if invoicing fails for some reason your order still confirms, you just won't have an invoice link right away.

How to print an Order's invoice

Once an order is confirmed and has an invoice in SparkyInvoices, you can print it directly from the order.
